JT Ulyatt
JT is the founder of Maven Advantage, Inc. Before devoting himself fulltime to Maven, JT graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Aviation and became a commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. During this period, JT attended flight school, became an F-18 fighter pilot, went on to become a Company Commander, and served on the strategic level as an Operations Officer in the Afghanistan area of operations. This background has proven invaluable to Maven’s core value system and subsequent existing company culture. In addition to guiding and leading this rapidly growing start-up company, JT is a world class competitor in living room wrassling – honing and developing this skill set within this arena on a daily basis with his 6-year-old sparring partner and son, Axel. Welcome to the jungle. He is happiest spending time with his wife, ToniRae, his son, Axel, and his two daughters Savaya and Hartley.
Kent Panovec
Kent Panovec serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Owner at Maven Roofing. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Project Management, Kent spent 15 years leading high-performing sales teams in the IT industry before making the transition to Maven. Driven by Maven’s higher purpose and mission, Kent joined the company to be part of something bigger—an organization committed to growth, excellence, and community impact. He has a deep passion for mentoring and coaching, pushing individuals beyond their comfort zones to achieve goals they never thought possible. His leadership style is defined by accountability, high expectations, and a relentless drive for success. Outside of work, Kent is a dedicated family man. He and his wife are parents to Lincoln (7), and twins Waylon and Raelynn (4). When he’s not focused on scaling and growing Maven, you’ll likely find him attempting to wrangle his energetic kids—a challenge that often proves tougher than running a business.
Joe Hogenmiller
Joe enjoyed a 20-year career in Special Operations as a Marine Raider and Infantry Marine serving in leadership positions in each command and in the joint environment. As he transitions from his military career of planning, instructing, and conducting operations he’s excited to put those skills toward MAVEN. He enjoys staying in shape, going to the beach with his wife, 2 boys and his golden retriever. He loves to watch sports and is a die hard Steelers fan!
Brittany Clark
Experienced and people-focused Human Resource Manager committed to building strong teams, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee growth. As a proud military spouse and mom of two, Brittany brings resilience, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for service and community to everything she does. With a passion for employee engagement, recruitment, and organizational development, she is dedicated to helping our team thrive both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with my family and staying active—especially on the kickball field!
Colleen Panovec
Colleen is the powerhouse behind Maven’s recruiting efforts, ensuring we bring in top-tier talent to our team. A Nebraska native, she spent eight years soaking up the Texas sun before finding her forever home in North Carolina. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and six years of hands-on customer service experience, she brings a unique blend of teaching, communication, and people skills to the table. When she’s not scouting the best candidates, you’ll find her making memories with her husband and three kids—usually outdoors, whether chasing their crazy dog, playing sports, or just enjoying the fresh air.
Mary De Leon
A communications major, Mary is a skillful administrative professional with over 15 years of experience in optimizing efficiency, productivity, and service quality across various environments. Mary is a Facebook Blueprint Certified Digital Marketing Associate and is in charge of handling Maven’s marketing mediums and channels. “I’m so proud to be part of such a wonderful team of go-getters! Being a Maven inspires me to keep pushing and learning, and I’m grateful to have been given all the right tools I need to excel.” If she’s not on remote work, you’ll find Mary with her beloved cup of coffee while she reads, writes, or paints.
Madison Poe
As a dedicated inside sales representative born and raised in Wilmington, NC, Madison is passionate about providing clear, compassionate communication and support throughout every step of the roofing process. After spending the past 10 years in Greenville, SC, she is thrilled to be back home serving the Wilmington community and being closer to family. Madison prides herself on creating a positive customer experience by listening, problem-solving, and keeping homeowners informed. When she is not helping customers, you can find her enjoying the beach or walking with her beagle, Daisy.
Crystal Barcy
Crystal is Maven’s marketing manager and Zuper Sales Expert who brings creativity, warmth, communication, and organization into every customer interaction.Before joining Maven, Crystal spent years as a high school math teacher, where she developed a natural ability to simplify complex information, stay highly organized, and connect with people from all walks of life. As a mom of five boys, she thrives in fast-paced environments and brings patience, adaptability, and energy into everything she does.Outside of work, Crystal loves arts and crafts, party planning, and running her mobile paint studio inside a transformed bus.
Lori Robbins
Lori is a Accounts Payable Representative with more than a decade of experience in customer support, communication, and service excellence. She holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is passionate about creating positive, solution-focused experiences for every customer she assists. Lori brings warmth, clarity, and dedication to her role, and she’s excited to contribute to the Maven team while ensuring customers feel supported at every step.

Scott brings a dynamic and driven approach to everything he does, whether it’s tackling challenges at work or keeping up with his two kids. While he may not be the tallest guy in the room, his presence is anything but small. With a deep love for his wife and children, Scott’s world revolves around family and making every moment count.

Travis brings a natural ability to connect with clients, assess their needs, and guide them through the roofing process with confidence, transparency, and long-term value in mind.He is deeply committed to health, family, faith, and financial freedom, working every day to build a foundation that supports his future and the people he loves.
Jacob bungo
Before entering the roofing industry, Jacob built a strong technical foundation by earning certifications in HVAC, welding, and as a lineman. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him outdoors or spending time with his loyal basset hound, Hank. Whether on the job or off, Jacob is known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way.
JP Uribe
Roof whisperer. Smooth talker. Professional ladder climber. Known for his ability to strike up a conversation with anyone (and we mean anyone). When he’s not out winning over homeowners, you can catch him pretending to know how to fix things around the office. He swears he’s not competitive, but let’s just say he’s not losing that leaderboard anytime soon.
Nolan Cain
Nolan proudly served four years in the US Marine Corps as a Low Altitude Air Defense Gunner stationed in California. He later transitioned into bodybuilding, winning the NPC Brew City Heavyweight Overall Championship in 2017. These experiences built the discipline, resilience, and mental toughness he carries into both his personal and professional life. He and his wife have two young daughters together.
Josh Junge
Josh proudly served six years in the US Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer. Prior to joining Maven, he also worked as a DOT Construction Inspector. Outside of work, family is at the center of his life. He enjoys spending time at the beach with his two sons and when he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on the sidelines cheering them on at their sporting events.
Rhett Graham
With a diverse professional background that includes the PGA Tour, commercial insurance, collegiate athletics, and FOX Sports, Rhett brings a unique perspective to the industry.Rhett and his wife, April, live in Wilmington with their four children—Campbell, Landry, Abbott, and Sadler.

Cody Lawrence
Cody Lawrence is an Army veteran and Jacksonville native who brings proven leadership from deployments and training exercises with the Military into his work at Maven Roofing. He is a member of the Society of Logistics Excellence, which supports his detail-driven, organized approach to getting projects done the right way. Outside of work, Cody is a proud dad of three and enjoys restoring old cars and trucks.
Ryan Picinic
A former Repair Technician turned operations leader, Ryan brings real-world field experience and Marine Corps discipline to Maven’s production team. Outside of work, Ryan and his wife, Montana, enjoy life at home with their nine dogs and flock of chickens. Ryan is also currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in History, continuing his passion for learning and personal growth.
Dylan Casey
Dylan brings a strong construction background and steady leadership to every project. Originally from Garner, NC, he holds an associate degree in Construction Management. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys hunting, fishing, cheering on Hurricanes hockey, and supporting NC State football and basketball.His mix of skill, dedication, and down-to-earth personality makes him a great asset to the Maven team.
Wyatt bradley
Before Maven, Wyatt worked in the pressure washing industry. Outside of work, Wyatt enjoys surfing, indoor rock climbing, and spending time with his family. He and his wife are excitedly preparing to welcome their first son. Whether managing projects in the field or connecting with customers, Wyatt takes pride in bringing energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic to the Maven team.
